Now onboarding companies and independent lawyers

Exceptional Fractional Lawyers
Powered by AI & Data.

And where lawyers operate their independent practice.

For companies

You don't need a full-time lawyer yet.

A full-time hire commits you to six figures before the first contract is reviewed. A traditional firm bills by the hour, on their terms. Both options misprice the work most growing companies actually need.

Correm. matches you with a senior lawyer chosen for your stage and your stack, priced to scope, and onboarded in days. Backed by AI tooling and live performance data so you see exactly what you're paying for.

The same infrastructure gives our lawyers the systems to operate independently — which is why the standard is higher and the cost is lower.

01

Priced to scope

Flexible, cost-efficient, designed for the work you have right now. Not retainer-locked, not hourly-billed by default.

02

Senior by default

Every lawyer on Correm. is selected for both technical strength and commercial judgement. No juniors learning on your matter.

03

Legal that comes with data

Hours, matters, spend, and outcomes — visible from day one. The visibility a GC gives you, without the GC headcount.

Context first. AI collects it. Your lawyer acts on it.

Good legal advice needs context. Correm.'s AI tools collect it — via text or voice — before the lawyer touches anything, and deploy directly into the tools your team already uses.

For companies: less time briefing, faster turnaround, lower cost. For lawyers: every matter starts properly scoped, with the context already captured.

We just got a request from Apex Holdings for a standard NDA. @Morsel AI can you review the key terms once I share it?

Happy to help with the Apex NDA review. I need a bit of context first so I can give you an accurate analysis.

Kenzo Onumonu

Kenzo Onumonu

Founder

Kenzo is a commercial-first General Counsel with over a decade of experience scaling high-growth, venture-backed businesses from Series A through to exit and IPO readiness. He trained at Travers Smith and Bird & Bird before moving in-house, serving as legal counsel at Deliveroo during its unicorn scaling phase and Series F raise, then as Senior Legal Counsel at Entrepreneur First, where he managed legal execution across 100+ pre-seed investments and £300m+ in follow-on transactions.

After leading the legal function at The Modern Milkman through a £30m Series C and US acquisition, Kenzo went independent — running a fractional GC practice manually for three years across companies including PACT Earth, Ravio, and Stackfix. That experience — the fragmented tools, the invisible overhead, the untapped leverage — is what Correm. is built to fix.
