senior lawyers.

AI infrastructure and intelligence built for the fractional legal economy. We're replacing the fragmented tools lawyers use with one place to work, bill, and scale.

What we do

Infrastructure for the independent legal economy

By 2030, we predict a surge in the number of lawyers operating independently. The standard for legal delivery has never been higher but the tools to meet it independently don't exist.

Crumb is building the default infrastructure for that shift: an AI-native platform where fractional lawyers run their entire practice, and companies get the affordable, elastic legal capacity they actually need.

We're the core infrastructure for the new age of lawyer.

01

Legal O/S

Work capture, matter management, invoicing, and payment in one place. Everything a law firm provides β€” rebuilt for independence.

02

AI Suite

A suite of AI tools lawyers can deploy directly into their workflows β€” handling routine queries, surfacing context, and freeing up time for the work that matters.

03

Data Intelligence

Every matter logged on Crumb becomes intelligence. Lawyers see what's trending, how they're performing, and what to charge β€” in real time.

AI tools that fit inside your existing workflow

Good legal advice needs context. Crumb's AI tools collect it β€” via text or voice β€” before the lawyer touches anything, and deploy directly into the tools clients already use.

We just got a request from Apex Holdings for a standard NDA. @Morsel AI can you review the key terms once I share it?

Happy to help with the Apex NDA review. I need a bit of context first so I can give you an accurate analysis.

Kenzo Onumonu

Kenzo Onumonu

Founder

Kenzo is a commercial-first General Counsel with over a decade of experience scaling high-growth, venture-backed businesses from Series A through to exit and IPO readiness. He trained at Travers Smith and Bird & Bird before moving in-house, serving as legal counsel at Deliveroo during its unicorn scaling phase and Series F raise, then as Senior Legal Counsel at Entrepreneur First, where he managed legal execution across 100+ pre-seed investments and Β£300m+ in follow-on transactions.

After leading the legal function at The Modern Milkman through a Β£30m Series C and US acquisition, Kenzo went independent β€” running a fractional GC practice manually for three years across companies including PACT Earth, Ravio, and Stackfix. That experience β€” the fragmented tools, the invisible overhead, the untapped leverage β€” is what Crumb is built to fix.
